Permission-based access
Every person only sees and does what their role allows. An employee sees their own roster; a manager sees their site; an owner sees the business.
Human approval
Sensitive actions — publishing a roster, changing prices, contacting customers — can be set to wait for a named person to approve them first.
Audit trail
Important actions record who requested them, what changed and when, so nothing happens without a trace.
Data separation
Each organisation's data is kept apart from every other organisation's. Access rules are enforced in the database itself, not only in the screens.
Secure authentication
Accounts are created by invitation only. People sign in with email and password or Google, and their role decides what they can reach once inside.
Data protection
Averon is designed with GDPR and data minimisation principles in mind: we only connect and keep the information needed to run the agreed workflows.
